2. Mechanical Compatibility & Fitment
We provide exhaustive technical descriptions, part numbers, casting numbers, and high-resolution photographs for every listing. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if a component does not fit your vehicle, motorcycle, or bicycle due to an incorrect reference selection, wrong thread pitch calculation, or undocumented modifications on your custom project. We strongly encourage you to consult with your lead mechanic or restorer prior to ordering.
3. Order Cancellations & Product Unavailability
A full, 100% refund will be issued exclusively under the following circumstances:
- Sourcing Failure: The specific mechanical item you ordered is no longer available or has been sold within our external network prior to our workshop securement team arriving at the source location.
- Quality Rejection: The item fails our rigorous 48-hour workshop inspection (e.g., structural micro-cracks detected, internal corrosion compromising integrity, or unfixable thread stripping).
In these instances, your order will be cancelled automatically, and a full refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. You will receive an instant email notification detailing the cancellation.
